From the moment you arrive at Dwellingup Station,

just 97 Kilometres, 1 1/4 hrs from Perth,

 you'll sense you're about to embark on a journey with a difference

The historic Etmilyn Forest  Train will take you 8 Kilometres along the state's last surviving lightly built developmental railway 

 
The fascinating running commentary will inform you about Western Australia's early saw milling and railway history At over 100 years old, Steam Locomotive G 123 steams across the Davis Brook Bridge heading for Dwellingup on return from Etmilyn

At the end of the line there is a 20-25 minute walk trail through the beautiful plant life and seasonal wildflowers of the rare Jarrah Forest.

The Dwellingup Forest Railway services are hauled by one of our historic Diesel or Steam Locomotives

 Ex Tasmanian Gov Railways V4 & G123 are ready to Depart Dwellingup for Etmilyn on a special double header

The Etmilyn Forest Train

departs Dwellingup Station at

11 am and 2 pm

Every Saturday,  Sunday & for Public Holidays

also selected days during School Holidays

September/October School Holiday operating days 

are as follows:

Sat, Sun, Tues, Wed & Thurs

and every weekend thereafter
